Connect PeakWMS to Your Entire Commerce Stack API Genie plugs into PeakWMS’ Open API and webhooks to standardize your warehouse data and sync it in real time across webshops, ERPs, marketplaces, and shipping tools # What this integration enables - Sync products and inventory between PeakWMS and your sales channels - Orchestrate inbound and outbound flows (purchase, replenishment, sales orders, returns) - Standardize shipment and tracking events across carriers - Run analytics and automation on top of a clean, unified data model # How the PeakWMS × API Genie Integration Works PeakWMS exposes an Open API with Swagger documentation and supports outbound webhooks for key events, such as order and stock changes. API Genie connects to that API, normalizes the data into canonical models, and syncs it to your other systems. # High-level flow 1. Inbound data → PeakWMS - API Genie receives master data and orders from webshops or ERPs. - We map them into PeakWMS concepts like products, inbound orders (purchase/replenishment), and outbound orders for fulfillment. 2. Operations inside PeakWMS - PeakWMS manages picking, packing, putaway, stock movements, and returns. - Warehouse staff work in PeakWMS; no change to day-to-day operations. 3. Outbound & updates - When orders are picked, packed, shipped, or returned, PeakWMS emits events or exposes them via its API. - API Genie ingests those updates, converts them into Fulfillment and Shipment objects, and pushes them back to relevant E-commerce, ERP, TMS or any other relevant system. 4. Inventory & labels - API Genie pulls stock levels and locations from PeakWMS and exposes them via its Inventory model. - Tracking numbers and shipping labels generated via your freight tools like nShift, Shipmondo or other TMS / carrier platforms often used with PeakWMS are captured in Shipments and Labels.
